Had no issues for the two single nights we stayed here a week or so ago. Pleasant staff, hand location for station, Spar shop round the corner, plenty of places to eat nearby.

We visited the hotel for one night as we were attending an event in Birmingham. The hotel was clean but we found it was difficult to get to due to its location. When we visited the restaurant, the food is okay but quite overpriced as well as the drinks are. In relation to the breakfast in the morning the bacon was as hard as rubber. The food was not very warm and I would not recommend choosing this as there are other restaurants nearby. The only concern I would raise in relation to the hotel was when the fire alarm went off the staff were very confused and panicked and it did not give off any sense of a evacuation plan or prioritising The safety of people in relation to evacuating everybody in a calm manner. The only other thing I would also mention is that this location is surrounded by busy roads which are quite noisy and there is area where rubbish is stored at the rear of the property and you can hear vehicles coming to collect it which are quite noisy as well.

Clean, good rooms, modern facilities. A recently built venue in a central location. Good breakfast at a good price. Friendly staff. Excellent pricing when we stayed over the weekend.

Absolute joke of a hotel. Took 45 minutes to check in and the “security” staff were literally just standing there doing nothing. Wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me to do so!!!!

No AC, room very hot and uncomfortable. Obviously window can only be opened an inch, in case I found a way to chuck myself out of it had it been 2 inches. Pointless anyway as loud noises from loading bays or similar below all night forces you to close the window. Very ineffective thin, ill-fitting curtain also. Room had seen better days, damage to walls and loose fixtures in bathroom. Rude door staff trying to prevent legitimate guests from entering - apparently you can't have two people in a double room?!
