It is what it is a cheap hotel in Blackpool. Carpets need a damn good clean. Bed and linen however was tidy and clean. However one thing I can't really forgive is the dangerous socket. Come on guys this is common sense get it fixed before it kills someone.

I don't remember ever having a worse hotel stay than this one. Everything was a disaster: dirty, neglected... The toilets had skid marks from the last guest. The sheets were stinking and covered in hair, blood, etc. Run by clueless kids. A dump, basically.

Awful , Awful, Cancelled our hotel due to “alarm issue” but evident that others had been able to check in, cancelled our hotel 10 minutes before check in despite it being booked at least a month in advance! Also when seeking an explanation they would not answer the door to us and basically told us to go away, awful service

We left early to leave our bags, and when we came back to check in, the room wasn't ready yet. They rushed us into one, which was probably someone else in the hotel sleeping in. Dirty bathroom (worst toilet in Scotland), bad smell, mosquitoes... We had to go buy a towel and soap because there's never anyone to help. It seems like they dust everything at night, the kitchen is full of glasses, everything is messed up. Brutal.

We booked this hotel because it was close to the train station. It was. It was clean enough. When we arrived we felt as though we were putting them out, it was uncomfortable. We were then woken up by a screaming match in the middle of the night (3:30am) that went on for hours. Could have been other guests or staff either way it made for an unpleasant stay.

Nice gay friendly place run by the nicest people, friendly, helpful and welcoming. I honestly loved my stay here and in my best ' Arnie' voice... " I'll be back" 💜
