The Full Moon Pub & Hostel

Very cute hostel! The rooms were charmingly decorated, and the location was great. The showers weren't that great (there’s only one temperature), and there were no toiletries provided, so make sure to pack all of your own. Besides that, it's comfortable for a one person or a couple staying a few nights.

I stayed in the hostel for a week, mostly everything is good. Very nice kitchen, including all things needed to cook. Common area, with a TV etc. The only minor thing is, shower has a timer that needs keep pressing, and no curtains for the beds. But otherwise, overall very good.

Location is good though a bit noisy. On big street, opposite to bus station. Walking to the reception is in the outdoor seating and eating area. No lift/elevator. Upstairs room. Room is ok, so is the bed. Kitchen is nice with making food and eating area. There is a lounge attached which is nice. Bathroom and shower is good.

The venue is fantastic. Lots of space to walk around and plenty of seats inside and outside. Food and drinks prices are reasonable and the decor of the place is cool. Didn't try out the rooms but the prices seem good considering you can just fall into it bed after a few drinks and a couple board games. We went on a Saturday and there was an event on, I think the security were a bit to hasty to stop the mosh pit that was going on,no body was getting hurt but they were trying to break it up in the middle of the performance. All in all glad I've been and I will be returning in future, also planning to stay in the hostel next time.

Loved my stay!! Sleep is very deoendent on who you're sharing with though - first night I slept amazingly, but the second night my whole room of 8 people was woken up repeatedly by a loud snorer. Not fair. I was on multiple strong medications and alcohol to help me sleep and he STILL woke me up multiple times. They should have a known snorer room and a quiet, light sleeper room. Its not fair otherwise. It really affected my day as iv just felt ill and run down coz it this one selfish snorer. Otherwise, the room was beautiful, facilities are good, staff are friendly amd professional. Would stay again but that snorer really ruined it.

Came for a famous burger but was told come back in 10 mins to order time and time again, no food available, didn't see anyone eating, bit of a scam I believe getting people in on a false pretence

Great hostel, welcome, place and people! Very cool hostel if you're going to Bristol, solo or duo, I recommend!

A really great gîte! The pub downstairs has live music every night, so it's not for those who want peace and quiet, but it's really close to the town centre, just 10 minutes away – absolutely fantastic!
