I love this place so much! The bunk beds and air conditioning made us incredibly comfortable in the hot summer. I'm giving it five stars!!! The receptionist was very nice and friendly, and the room was very clean. The room windows are well soundproofed. You can see beautiful scenery. I love this place so much! Excellent service by Jason and another chap can't remmeber his name. Excellent location in the city centre. Parking was in the station nearby but good convenient location.

Good better alternative to Travelodge especially for Bonvoy members. Right next to station.

This place is perfect except no fridge in room.. hence 4/5*. Staff are brilliant. Room is spotless, beds comfortable, TV great, shower and toilet perfect. Location is excellent.

A very basic Marriott brand. The location of the hotel is amazing, right in the city center and you can almost walk to everywhere in the city center. The room is kinda small but we didn’t feel crowded. There is air con and it works well. The room is clean and has some complimentary tea and coffee bags. The bathroom is also quite small however again clean enough. The shower is lovely with good water pressure. The staff in general there are all lovely and friendly especially the guy who checked us in. Very easy and fast check out too. A great value to stay and definitely recommend!

Neat, clean, efficient rooms. Nice hotel. Courteous, professional staff. Ideally located, right off St. Mary's street. A 2 minute walk from the train station and across the road from the bus depot. The train station car park is a 5 minute walk and 24 hour parking passes can be purchased for about £14. I thought the proximity to the train tracks was going to be a problem noise-wise as our 3rd floor room overlooked over the tracks. But the building is so well constructed that the noise was minimal. Price was very reasonable. I would recommend staying here and will be returning in a few weeks time.

Extremely hot, and no way to cool down.. There are fans above the door, but that doesn't really do anything for the whole room, especially as there's no fan in the bathroom, when using shower.. However, lovely and neat, clean and tidy, especially for just a one night stay at a time. Lovely staff

Very unprofessional and unfriendly stuff what could enter in your room without knocking and with aggressive security in the eavning. Is more like a prison not an Hotel.

Right next to the train station and easy to walk around. We booked a standard double room but they gave us a family room as it's more spacious. The room was clean and got all amenities. The bathroom was spacious with walkin shower. Perfect for our trip.

Decent hotel in the centre of Cardiff right outside the railway station and bus station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms with great showers. Breakfast was reasonably priced and had a decent selection.
