Travelodge London Feltham
Some visitors found the staff welcoming and the rooms clean and comfortable, with specific mentions of helpfulness. However, a significant number of reviews complain about bed bugs, rude staff, and rooms being unclean with stained beds and toilets. There are also complaints about the lack of amenities like fridges and microwaves, and the WiFi being paid and unreliable.

This is an "OK" place. It is however overpriced, but most places are in July, in London I found the customer service to be perfectly fine, but it was shocking that they didn't even have a fridge or a microwave. Their breakfast at the hotel costs £9/person/ day which is just ridiculous given that it's right outside an Asda, Starbucks, Costa and McDonalds They obviously haven't considered that their pricing despite this. It is at least incredibly close to amenities, including public transport. The rooms didn't have a fridge or a microwave and there was no communal version of that either, so you couldn't exactly store anything in there. It might be just a one star place, but I've definitely been in much cheaper places that provide some things as basic as that. The towels aren't automatically replaced either every day, unless you put a tag on the door to say "Please replace the towels" The shower facilities also lacked shampoo / conditioner. It had a shower gel thing however The coffee/teabags and milk were replaced daily (as long as you had the sign out), but the mugs weren't cleaned at all. We basically "cleaned" the mugs by using the sink and washing it with hot water, not getting it completely clean, given a lack of a sponge / washing up liquid. The room itself however was fairly decent, and had plenty of room, along with plenty of plugs, as well as fast USB ones. WiFi was also pretty fine though I booked for three people, and it said my code gives me max two devices, and that code is for three people too. I also saw no fountain anywhere in the building which again, cheaper places definitely have got, not that I particularly liked drinking the tap water from the sink given how terrible it tastes. You can at least however pop to the Asda and get water from there so that's something.
Assistant manager was rude
My stay was very good. The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. Stefan and Elena were both very kind and welcoming. Stefan especially was very helpful and gave great suggestions about the best places to visit in London. I really appreciated the help and had a great experience overall
I stayed one night the room was fine unfortunately, I left my t-shirt in the room; when I phoned to retrieve it, I was told it hadn't been handed in by housekeeping. 100% sure I left it in the room.
