Good place nice staff safe

Had the pleasure of staying at the Imperial Guest House in December. Stayed in the Deluxe Twin double room with my Brother. Staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Really quiet, very clean, and warm. Only minor issue is if you are taller than 185 cm don't get the twin bed lol. Would stay here again.

I cannot give this place any less than 5 stars. The staff are so friendly and accommodating for any needs you have. It is a short walk to the underground too. The bed was really comfy and the room was spotlesss

The service is excellent, the place is pretty, the rooms are big enough and they gave us advice for laundry because it's not available (not announced in the description but because it is visible in the pictures we thought at least the service was available. We knew the location is kind of far from the center but easy to get there. :)

Stayed there a couple of times to drop someone off at Heathrow. There are plenty of parking spaces available which is a bonus in London. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The high street is a few mins walk from the place where there are lots of options for food. Heathrow Terminal is about 15-20 mins drive from here. Straight forward and no hassle. Would definitely recommend.

Really neat and tidy place. Rooms are a little on the small side, however they have everything you would need for a few nights. Really friendly and helpful reception staff. Would recommend.

Overall really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, cosy rooms a little on the small side but absolutely fine for the weekend, generally very quiet and not much noise from the other guests. There was a lot of plane noise, but this is unavoidable for London... The car park at the back is worth the money itself. I'd say maybe about 20 spaces? So could get full easily, but we managed to park our 2 cars. We did not eat breakfast here so can't comment on that. Nice conservatory at the back, great for plane spotting! Cute 'dining room' at the front to eat breakfast in, and we also brought our evening meal takeaway into here. The room was really cosy - it was actually too hot when we first went in, but was easy to cool down by turning the radiator off and opening the window. Shower a little small but more than adequate and hot water. Other than that bathroom was very clean. A cupboard and a few little drawers available for storing things, more than enough for our 2 night stay. I would have liked a cold water tap or other source to fill up my water bottle. There were 2 complimentary bottles of water in the fridge in the room, but once we drank these you had to pay for more - sign in the little dining room displaying prices for water/cans/hot drinks etc. Staff said I could use the tap in the staff kitchen which was fine, but this water didnt get any cooler than 'warm', so would have been nice to be able to get cold water from somewhere. We only stayed here to be able to walk to Twickenham so didn't use public transport, however I would bet that the location is great for transport as we saw a tube station just down the road. Also very easily accessible by driving - not too far from the motorway. Very small complaints in the grand scheme of things and overall really enjoyed our stay, would 100% recommend and stay here again.

I stayed here for a few days in May. The staff is lovely - very happy to assist with suggestions for nearby activities and food options. I had requested for a ground floor room due to luggage and they accommodated me. It’s within a short walking distance of the tube station and plenty of options to eat nearby. The room was comfortably sized and the only downside of the ground floor room was the noise from people checking in/out in the morning. I chose this place because of the convenient location and had no problem navigating with my luggage for my journey to Heathrow. I was able to keep my bags post checkout time as I had a late departure and everyone on the staff was super nice.

Just the best place. Close to a couple of pubs, lots of food outlets, and laundromat. The staff are EXCELLENT. They were so helpful. Five minutes walk from Hounslow Central tube station (only 10 minutes to Heathrow).

£55. For a hotel room very near Heathrow. Spectacularly helpful staff. Alas no breakfast but there is a very nice smoking area if you need to quell your appetite. V. comfy rooms. Share shower but excellent private toilet/sink.
