Good service, clean and tidy building! To be honest since Jordan and Patrick have left things are not great. Jordan was very much on the ball Patrick was good to. Staff make excuses about being short staffed when Jordan and Patrick were not in but you get money from the agency to cover staff shortages others say we are part time but work near enough full time! Even the newer staff are slow in getting back to you. When you call times nobody's answering calls, when you arrive for appointments you wait until you can be let in! Few times. Emails take week or longer to get back to you but only if you email again. Heaven forbid if you need help, struggling or an emergency happens would you still wait until staff are free? Also get told it's HIV testing week or Pride so nobody getting back to me! No volunteers in when you Pop in for appointments. Get your acts together guy's! Good job it's a free services otherwise I wouldn't bother!
