Was looking forward to eating here after looking at the menu. Unfortunately didn't live up to our expectations. Greeted at the door by the server, looked quite sullen. Omly 2 other diners at the time in the restaurant, showed us to our table. Came baxk very quixkly to ask about drinks while we had only just picked up the menu, we asked for more time to look. He again came back quite quickly, we chose our drinks, he then returned for a food order, we felt quite rushed. Others then arrived that may have been regulars, server seemed more friendly towards them. Food arrived, my wife and daughter had pasta and gnocchi dishes, average size, looked om but not great, i ordered the roast chicken with side of "seasonal vegetables", chicken as a little dry in parts, the vegetables were a small plate of a few stems of broccoli only. Little disappointed to be honest. Server returned almost immediately after we jad kust finished tje mains and asked about desserts. Again felt rushed, just asked for the bill and left. Note.. Service charge already added to the bill.. Don't think we would return

Food is fine and nothing more, but is overpriced for what you get and isn't as good as when it was still relatively new. The owner has a serious attitude change when he finds out you are using a voucher, if you don't like it, don't participate in the voucher schemes! The change in service and friendliness is immediately noticeable
