Well, today was the first time I entered a gay sauna since 1983. I arrived at E15 at around 4pm. As it was late afternoon on a Sunday I missed most of the fun but it was an opportunity to have a look around. Tony, the owner was extremely helpful and friendly as were the other staff. I have every intention on returning at a future date. Thanks again guys for making me feel welcome and ultimately relaxed. Ged

Very old and outdated. There are much better options in London.

1 They only accept cash so the google info is wrong. 2 then they say I can go to the nearby Tesco to get cash back. Also wrong. So, I made it all the way there for nothing (if you read my review carefully, I said your guy told me to get cash!)

I visited this place on a Saturday and paid £19.50. I was given a towel and a locker key. While changing, I noticed the towel was extremely small—I had to hold it with both hands just to keep it on. I went to the front counter and spoke to a tall man (possibly the owner), and politely explained that the towel was too small for me. To my surprise, he rudely replied, “That’s the last towel we have,” even though there were only about a dozen men inside the sauna at the time. I calmly told him I couldn’t wear such a small towel. He then said, “Okay, give it back to me.” I explained that I couldn’t just hand it over as I was using it to cover myself, and requested another towel first so I could exchange it properly. At that point, he became angry and demanded I say, “Please give me another towel.” I was stunned by his behavior—his tone and facial expressions had completely changed. Left with no other option, I said what he asked, and then he handed me a proper, larger towel. Trying to avoid any more conflict, I went back inside and placed the towel in my locker. Inside, the environment was disappointing—only about 10 to 15 older men, with a strong unpleasant smell throughout. The downstairs area was dirty, smelly, and wet. Upstairs, most of the small rooms were closed, and the rest were extremely smelly and uninviting. My honest advice to first-time visitors: do not waste your time or money here. The place is poorly maintained and the staff’s attitude is unacceptable.
