About this place Premier Inn Rochester hotel

Premier Inn Rochester is a standard UK budget chain hotel at Medway Valley Leisure Park on Chariot Way, on the Strood side of the Medway. It's a mainstream hotel that's fine for gay travellers, not a gay venue. Expect the usual Premier Inn setup: plain rooms, big beds, a restaurant attached and paid breakfast. The leisure park has a cinema and chain restaurants. It's a driving location rather than a walking one, close to the A228 and M2. Rochester's cathedral, castle and high street are a short drive or taxi across the river. With more than 1,200 Google reviews averaging 4.2, it's a predictable, reasonably priced base for the Medway towns.

Lovely hotel , and helpful cheerful staff, my premier room has perfect air conditioning and lovely layout and was clean and fresh on arrival , was easy to get parked on site with plenty of parking available . I Decided to eat in the restaurant and i am glad i did , the double stack burger and skin on chips with coleslaw is a proper gourmet burger and perfectly cooked Very impressed with the location also , easy access to local attractions almost next to the bridge but you wouldn't know inside , as you cannot hear the traffic 5 stars all round including a great price for upgraded room Would recommend

Awful service at the restaurant. You should expect your food within 2hrs of ordering. This type of establishment shouldn’t be allowed to function like this as they have a poor ability to provide an adequate service. DONT EAT AT THIS PLACE!

Now that's a good choice for a hotel. Tidy, well located, close to the motorway, but not close enough to be awake from it's noise. Most importantly nowadays: windows that properly open, so you can have fresh air inside the room! Please, don't change that! I'll gladly come back here to this hotel.
