Exceptional service!

One of the best restaurants in Amsterdam! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was warm and attentive, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for such quality. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it a great place for both lunch and dinner. Definitely a spot I’ll come back to and happily recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

very nice service with sunny terrace! they were very accommodating and we really enjoyed oysters and escargot! in the end we took very tasty profiteroles with vanilla ice cream 🫶🏼

we were just walking around and decided to have look, and it turned out to be an amazing experience,

The food is clearly high quality, but a few of the dishes just weren’t to my personal taste. I found some of them a little too heavily spiced for my liking, though I can appreciate the care that went into them. The service was top notch, with knowledgeable staff who made excellent wine recommendations and really elevated the experience. I’m only deducting points because the flavour profile wasn’t quite for me, rather than any issue with the quality of the food or service.

Came here the evening of July 9 with no reservation. A lot of the smaller tables out front were available but they were getting blasted by the sun with little shade. We went inside and the host was very accommodating and found us a table without a reservation inside. Met some other Americans sitting near us which was fun and had some great conversation. Staff was nice and I appreciate that they accept cash here in a city that makes it nearly impossible to use anything except a bank card. Food was wonderful, I ordered the ravioli which was great and my husband ordered the fish special. The only complaint my husband had was that it was a rather small portion for 29 euros. I also had a glass of the Italian wine which was great and he enjoyed the pilsner. They do only have two beers on tap/draft. Views are wonderful and the place is amazing inside.
