We came to share a paella. A real treat! The flavors were delicate and the rice was perfectly cooked. Each ingredient had its own distinct taste but blended beautifully with the others. We highly recommend it! A nice touch was the music, discreet yet pleasant and enjoyable. The service was courteous.

Update: This restaurant continues to be amazing. This restaurant is beautifully decorated. It’s like stepping into a Restoration Hardware dinning room. The owner and bartender are very nice and very much involved in the dinning experience. The food is excellent. The portions are big. The prices are fair. An excellent choice for lunch or dinner.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The food was very good and excellent value for money. The service was magnificent. Both the young woman and the young man who served us were very kind and professional. A place to return to without hesitation.

A good place to go eat with your partner, friends or family. Friendly and attentive service. The proportions are perhaps small, at least for the salad and dessert. The fried squid is delicious 😋. The rice with broth seemed just right in flavor, the lobsters with tough meat 🙄. Recommended 😊

I won't return

The seafood rice was good. But please, one thing. If you order cod with mousseline, it shouldn't be a tiny piece of cod, completely covered in mousseline and not even browned. The dish cost €25. The entire plate was just mousseline with hardly any browning, and the cod loin was tiny. Please review these things.

I CONNECTED WITH HER THE MOMENT I DID WITH THE FIRST SPOON. DELICIOUS. JUST LIKE HOME. VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY KNOW THEIR KITCHEN, WITH ENCHANTING, UP-TO-DATE DISHES AND CUTTING-EDGE CUISINE.

The service and food were both fantastic. We recommend the bluefin tuna tataki, the gorgonzola steak, and the homemade chocolate fondant. The homemade limoncello was also excellent.

The food was delicious. Excellent quality and price. The waitress was very attentive and the owners were very welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend it.

We had dinner at La Fabrika de Sabores and were truly satisfied. We ate delicious paellas, made with the freshest fish. The tiramisu was amazing! Special thanks to the owners and the waitress for their hospitality.
