I had my credit cards stolen inside the room, even being kept inside the closed suitcase. The hotel was immediately notified, but did not present a solution, clear investigation or proper support. Extremely negative experience at a point that should be basic: guest safety. I do not recommend.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel and I feel it is important to warn other travelers. First of all, the hotel was quite dirty. The walls had visible damage and the paint was peeling off in several areas, which made the place look poorly maintained and neglected. Cleanliness standards were definitely not what you would expect. Breakfast was also very poorly managed. During peak hours, the waiting list becomes completely saturated, and guests are forced to stand outside waiting for a table. There is no proper organization or alternative solution, which makes the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. What is even more concerning is that a gold bracelet went missing during my stay inside the hotel facilities. I only realized it after I returned home, and I am certain I had it with me during the trip. This is extremely upsetting. Additionally, there appear to be issues related to suspicious credit card activity, so I would strongly recommend being very cautious with your personal belongings and payment methods if you decide to stay here. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Bad experience. The hotel does not have the basics, which is a bit of comfort and hygiene. The bed is terrible, hard as a stone, with a mattress thin like a sheet of paper that sinks with minutes of use. The pillow is also ugly, you put your head almost in the mattress. Impossible to sleep. Hygiene is bad. The sewer bathroom is has stains on all sides. To make up for the smell of sewage, they threw an essence on the floor of the room that burned the eyes. Breakfast is honest and alone. In short, I paid a thousand reals for one night, Carnival Friday and had a terrible experience.

The worst experience of my life. Many are the hotels that I never visit one as deplorable as this. For starters. The staff is not only Descortez but they laugh in your face. To start the rooms are shoe boxes. Minimum beds and deplorable mattresses, not only sunken but even stained Broken sheets, girls and stained. Not to mention, they never changed them in a week. El. Cleaning service just stretches the. Bed linen, they don't sweep or clean the bathroom, that when they come... 'Cause I do. Room is busy in the morning they never come back, even if you put up a fix sign. The air conditioning does not work!! Being in 18 we almost died tingled from the heat. Breakfast... No need to talk... Burnt coffee(untouchable) diluted artificial juices and poor food. Not to mention that running only the service sensor... The other two sometimes didn't work... Being a 19-story hotel... We got locked in... They took longer. De. 20 minutes to open the doors....They never apologized...!! They didn't even explain. Any claim you make.... Te. They answer anything and in a bad way. El. WiFi him. The room rarely works. So prepare your data. To spend. To close... Having purchased a package by agency... Leaving the room at 10 a.m. When he transfers to. Airport was picking us up at 16hs... I had to pay R30 to keep my bags. A nightmare everywhere you look. In Brazil people are usually friendly and friendly... And the excellent service... This is the exception that confirms wing. Rule. I would never come back... Not free!!

The only thing that's salvageable would be the location. -Very uncordial staff, were not even able to greet or respond to the greeting. Very small rooms. -There was 1 closet for 4 people Bathrooms with mushrooms in the showers. -Sheets were smaller than mattresses so at dawn we were lying almost on the mattress (no sheets). -I didn't notice any change of towels as they were always hanging where we left them. "White" bed covers disgusted how stained they were, as well as the sheets. -If anyone dares to go I would recommend wearing earplugs as it seems the windows facing the street do not isolate the noise. -Breakfast while abundant in quantity were every day the same (without much variety), the juices were not natural and open.

Worst hotel experience in my life.(and I have travelled a lot in different types of accommodation) Rooms are tiny drawers, you can't walk. Wet, very dirty as well as the bathroom. The airs are not going well and they lose water on the beds. Old, dirty mattresses. Sheets are smaller than mattresses x what you end up sleeping on the mattress. Dirty and deteriorated bed covers to the extreme. Cleaning Service does not exist. They don't make beds or sweep. The bathroom floods. They won't give you a hand towel even if you beg them. They only change towels if you go with the previous wet ones to the reception. Toilet paper also doesn't replace it if you don't request it several times. Breakfast is very poor. The immovable coffee and the artificial juice and water. Worst of all, though, is the poor treatment of the staff. As you approach the reception begins a circuit of mistreatment and ill-education unseen. They laugh in your face. There is nothing positive about this hotel. I don't know how he's even gotten an allotment.

Central hotel, unfortunately the cleanliness leaves much to be desired.. In four mottos they never passed the rag.

The hotel had a good price for the center of Copacabana, but the breakfast was a bit bad. The mixed eggs were always watery, the breads with texture and taste of old. The cleanliness of the rooms was also pretty bad, the box full of mud. Even the pillows were very fine and only had a small blanket for the couple. The coffee and breakfast milk were good. And the air conditioning worked perfectly. Another bad point was the elevator, always crowded, very time-consuming and with broken buttons.

We stayed with my family. The staff at the hotel very friendly. It is close to the beach and the subway. There are several supermarkets around and walking you can get everywhere. The hotel is not careful, the elevators are missing buttons and there are some floors you can not climb because the button is not working. Breakfast is basic, always the same and nothing to do with what they show in the photos. Super old towels just like sheets.
