Once again, we had a very pleasant experience at the hotel, with the comfort, attention, and care that make the stay so special. In this visit, we would like to especially highlight the evolution of the Térèze restaurant. In previous experiences, we felt that the restaurant was a bit below the hotel's standard, but this time, we were positively surprised. Everything was excellent, from start to finish: flavor, presentation of the dishes, service, and attention to detail. A special recognition to Ana Teresa, for her kindness, care, and great suggestions, which made our experience even better. We would also like to thank Aroldo for his attention during breakfast; Cícero at the pool bar; and Sofia and Fabrício at the reception. Everyone contributed to making our stay even more pleasant. As guests who already know the hotel, it is especially gratifying to notice the evolution of the services and the care in providing increasingly better experiences. Congratulations to the whole team!

We have traveled to many countries and stayed in hotels of very similar levels to this one. The care the hotel has for the guest's well-being, the cordiality of the staff, and the atmosphere are exceptional! We left here impressed.

Impeccable service!!!! Every team is incredible. Super attentive, always asking how to improve our experience. Aroldo was incredible at our breakfast, very attentive and helpful. Daniel gave us an unparalleled dinner.

We chose MGallery for our anniversary and couldn't have chosen a better place. Structure is impeccable service. Highlighting the Téreze restaurant, which, besides the divine food, Daniel's service made everything even more special.

If I could, I would give more stars. It is true that the hotel's structure is rustic and could never be modern, since the building is an old farm mansion listed by the Historical Heritage, but we felt very comfortable and at home, the room was a delight. However, what really makes the hotel deserve every star is the service of the entire team; that is what marked us as one of our best lodging experiences (and that's saying something, haha). The Térèze restaurant is fabulous, with dishes signed by an incredible Chef and exceptionally special service. Here I would like to give a special thanks to Thiago, a guy very much like Neymar, who was brilliant in our night from beginning to end. Champion, thank you very much for the affection and attention to us, you are incredible! I also could not fail to mention other names with whom we had direct contact, from reception, the pool bar, the walking tour, and hotel checkout, a big thank you to Sofia, such a sweet person, Thales, Bruno, Ana Alice, Jorge, Cícero, Fabíola, Cecília, with his rich and excellent walking tour, and of course, Ana, the super nice and highly qualified supervisor, responsible for the entire team... to you, my deepest gratitude for the unforgettable moments you provided us. I highly recommend Hotel Santa Tereza MGallery, it was wonderful!
