I feel really safe here! Great and kind people here that are super supportive! I also really like my social worker - she's very sweet and she makes me feel heard : )

This is the best place that provide true and substantial help for those who are needed with no discrimination no judgement and in a cool friendly way this is because they have an amazing staff who would never hesitate to go beyond done above help and advise with true intentions to sure a better life and a better future for their clients. I think whoever getget the chance to access their services is lucky! God bless you all

i want to start transitioning but i don’t know who to talk to or where to start. is this a good place to start? i’ve been feeling like the opposite gender for many years but i finally want to start this journey.

The staff have been incredibly supportive and welcoming. I’m very thankful for them!

Nice staff, made me feel bad anyways. The counsellors live in a "very trans bubble" and aren't fully able to understand or help people face their disphoria issues, or how to help people who have recently faced violence because of their gender identity. I felt like the counsellors did not understand how it is to live as a trans person in a world where not everyone i know is trans. also way too focused on youth, and not on adults with more serious trauma and mental health needs, and gender disphoria. I usually felt worse leaving than when i got there.
