Courtyard by Marriott Orem University Place

Spots on sheets, lights not working, hair on clean towels and outrageous price for one night of $280.

When I need lodging in Utah County I always try to stay at this hotel, the front desk staff was so helpful his name was Clark. He was so amazing at check in, and we had a very clean room. The housekeeping staff was also amazing. What I love about this hotel is the location. We have all types of choices for dining and shopping. The pool and hot tub felt so refreshing. Thanks for another amazing experience. We can't wait to be back!!!

This is a clean and inviting place, easy to reach after skiing, and comfortable, with even little mini booths in the lobby with own dedicated tv’s , I’m going to guess for BYU viewing. The parking was easy, free, the breakfast was good (grain bowl), stayed two nights and left early to Provo airport, 10 or 15 min or so. Great staff! Not a busy time in Dec. We went to Dave’s Hot Chicken location a few minutes drive away. AC good, beds fine. Would stay again

Very well located as there are restaurants and stores where you can find your necessary items . Unfortunately no water bottles as in other courtyard hotels but all the rest was fine .enjoyed our stay. We requested a late check out and were granted with no problem

I want to thank the entire staff at the Courtyard by Marriott, it was such an amazing experience at this hotel. I want to thank Tanner the young man at the front desk, he was so amazing so helpful and professional. The housekeeping staff had our room so clean and inviting. If you are looking for an amazing hotel in Utah County this is the one. It was within walking distance to so many restaurants and shopping this is our new favorite hotel in Utah County. We can't wait to come back!!

As a multi-million dollar company, taking care of our clients is an important part of OUR success. We had a corporate mtg at this location and had clients staying there for a couple of days. The hotel was clean, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. The management and Assistant General Manager to the awesome ppl taking care of housekeeping, they were all very courteous and on the spot. Of all the hotel choices we could’ve picked, this one was perfect!!! We will be back and definitely recommend this place to everyone we come in contact with.

What a gem of a find. Great location- 300 businesses within walking distance. Gorgeous room, nice pool and gym. Front desk and cafe staff are great! Will stay here again. Ask for a mountain view room! Good recognition of Bonvoy status as well.

As a longtime Marriott loyalist, I’ll be honest that I’m not really a fan of Courtyard as a brand; your experience can vary quite drastically between locations. However, this is the best Courtyard I’ve stayed at in a while. The hotel is brand new, clean, and smartly designed; the lobby is quite spacious and modern, and there are a variety of seating options to choose from. I'm not sure if the room I had was the standard size room, but it was HUGE - they probably could’ve fit three beds in there. The room had plenty of space to comfortably spread out (and then some) and great views of the mountains. The bathroom was a decent and functional size as well. Based on the intricate designs left in both the tissues and toilet paper, it’s evident housekeeping takes a lot of pride in the property! The location is excellent - just a few minutes off I-15, the mall and several dining options are within walking distance (I recommend Midici and Chubby’s), and essentially anything you might need is within a 5-10 minute drive. BYU is less than a 10 minute drive as well. There was plenty of parking and some charging stations for guests to use. Really the only thing the property lacked was recycling. I hope Marriott builds all new Courtyards like this one - if they do, it could transform the brand for the better.
