The atmosphere is wonderful here. A perfect place to celebrate birthday or anniversary. This is a special place for us, we first dated here. We had our anniversary here, servers are really nice. The food is also good. Live music also is great!

I love Tobacco Company. It is always great vibes whenever I go. The portions are really good for the price. They have 3 levels. The first level is more where the band plays and it’s a dance floor as well. The music normally starts at 9p. I will definitely be a regular here.

I’m staying across the street at the Omni and looked up the restaurant and the menu sounded good. I went in the front door to the hostess that was very short, but I said oh well. Had to sit at bar height tables that were very uncomfortable. The first floor is I assume supposed to be bar like. My server was less than professional and even worse with service. Ordered a blood Mary it was great. Onion soup also very good. Caesar salad which I asked for extra anchovies I got four. When the salad was delivered I ask the runner for a pepper mill he said ask you waiter which took 10 minutes for her to come my table, she brought the pepper mill which was empty. I ordered prime rib, baked potato and green beans. All of food was just tepid unfortunately. I had to ask for butter, sour cream, horseradish and another pepper mill so food got even colder. To top it off the butter was hard as well as sour cream. The potato never even melted the butter. I love good prime rib mine had so much fat and because it wasn’t really hot it was terrible to cut not worth $55.00. I ordered a glass of Malbec witch was good, but came half way thru dinner. Neat place but some food was good, but nothing overwhelming and the service was bar service not dinner service.

This place is way cool! Love the historic building and vibe. I haven't gone to the club, only the restaurant.

The restaurant ambience and service are first-rate. The food was fine but very over-priced for what it was, which is why the overall rating is not so high. The bread offering is not very subtle and seems sweet. Many of the menu options were not available (Mother's day, so that is probably not a surprise). The only reasons we would go again are that it is a beautiful restaurant and the service is great. However, premium pricing is difficult to justify when the food is nothing special.

I was visiting the Fan District in Richmond VA. What an amazing trip and The Tobacco Company was the icing on the cake! The food the service (our waiter Kenny) and ambiance was incredible. I highly recommend this place. I had the Black and Blue Angus Steak...absolute perfection!

What a great experience. Kenny our waiter was top notch. The food and atmosphere were fantastic. If your in Richmond VA its a place worth trying.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant, great service and delicious food. Very elevated while also feeling welcoming.
