Okay so let me tell you why I'm giving the one star even though I've been a member for almost 10 years I have to say lately I've been a dissatisfied member for the past few months maybe almost 2 years for the simple fact that when I go to use the showers that are in the back of the building I cannot use the amenities how I would like to I travel over an hour and pay good money to be in this place for me to use the showers that are not working properly one of the showers do not get hot and it's been like that for years and now another shower the button that you push to start the shower is broken and missing I renew my membership and I forgot that it was even broken so when I went to push the button I almost jammed and stabbed my finger thinking that there's a button there I'm not sure if the staff is aware of that which they're probably not because people don't say anything I would have to say for me that's unsatisfactory because when it comes down to the dry and wet sauna not working the company is quick to fix that but little small things they tend to take their time

Very friendly staff. Clean . Easy to find. I did had a good time, sometimes is not too busy but is depressed on days and times.

The music is way too loud--and they really don't care...did i say too loud?

I love this place so much, I hope they never close ❤️

Hi all, I recently visited this facility and was disappointed with its cleanliness and overall condition. The water fountain appeared dirty and looked as though it had not been cleaned in quite some time. The bathrooms and urinals were also unclean, which negatively affected my experience. I hope management will address these issues promptly to improve the experience for visitors. My intention is simply to provide constructive feedback and help make others aware of the current conditions so that improvements can be made.
