מונטריי פנינסולה גאווה (Monterey Peninsula Pride) החל בשנת 2017 עם מצעד בסיסייד (Seaside). השתתפו בו כ-700 איש, וזו הייתה מצעד הגאווה הראשון של המחוז מזה כעשור. מארגן ציין מאוחר יותר כי מספר המשתתפים באירוע 2023 עמד על 3,000 עד 4,000.
מהדורת 2026 התקיימה ב-27 ביוני במרכז העיר מונטריי (Monterey) והייתה בחינם. המצעד יצא מרחוב פולק (Polk Street) בשעה 11:00 בבוקר. פסטיבל עם דראג, מוזיקה, נואמים ויותר מ-65 קבוצות מקומיות נמשך ב-Custom House Plaza עד השעה 15:00. העירייה גם הניפה את דגל הגאווה בבניין העירייה בסוף מאי.
