Women's Week Provincetown הוא ההתכנסות הלסבית המובילה של הלוח הלהט"בי של ניו אינגלנד — שבוע של אירועים, הופעות, מופעי סטנד-אפ, מסיבות ריקודים ומפגשים חברתיים בכל אוקטובר שמושך כ-15,000 נשים לקצה Cape Cod. האירוע מתקיים באמצע אוקטובר, אחרי שעונת הקיץ הראשית נסגרה והעיירה חזרה למשהו קרוב לקנה המידה החורפי שלה, מה שמעניק ל-Women's Week אופי שונה: אינטימי יותר, קהילתי יותר, העיירה שייכת באמת למשתתפים בדרך שלא אפשרית בחודשי הקיץ הצפופים. התוכנית כוללת קומיקאיות ומוזיקאיות לסביות בעלות הכרה לאומית, תערוכות אמנות, אירועי ריקוד ומסיבות נושאיות.
