Fierté Ours (Paris Bear Pride) è il weekend annuale dedicato agli orsi, organizzato da Les Ours de Paris, una piccola associazione di volontari il cui presidente ha descritto un team di 12 persone dietro l'evento. Si tiene ogni primavera dal 2008 durante il lungo weekend dell'Ascensione, e Bear World Magazine ha stimato la partecipazione a più di 2.000 orsi e ammiratori provenienti dalla Francia e dall'estero.
Il formato prevede quattro o cinque giorni di serate nei locali come Cox, Quetzal e Bears' Den, serate in sauna, picnic e cene, una crociera degli orsi sulla Senna e l'elezione di Monsieur Ours, che si tiene al Petit Bain, la location galleggiante sulla Senna nel 13ème. Le edizioni passate si sono svolte dal 17 al 21 maggio 2023 e dall'8 al 12 maggio 2024.
Non siamo riusciti a confermare le date o il programma dell'edizione 2026. L'ufficio del turismo di Paris indica un'edizione nel maggio 2027 con Petit Bain come location per Monsieur Ours, ma le date esatte del 2027 non erano ancora state annunciate al momento della nostra verifica. Il weekend dell'Ascensione è il periodo più probabile; Les Ours de Paris pubblica il programma sui propri account social.
