Very nice and welcoming hotel in the heart of Rennes. Very kind and helpful staff, 24-hour reception. Highly recommended for spending a few days in the city center.

A beautiful setting and an ideal location. We received a very friendly welcome upon arrival, as did the night porter who helped us with our key problem. However, the receptionist we encountered the next morning was truly unpleasant. She charged us for an extra breakfast even though we didn't eat it. Regarding the breakfast offered until 11:00 AM, we arrived at 10:30 AM and there was nothing left. I've rarely seen an empty "buffet" in a hotel! A simple note saying "restocking requested at reception" made it rather inconvenient to wait over 20 minutes for pastries... A real shame, as it spoiled the end of our stay!

Receptionists and managers were welcoming and always ready to assist or help. Rachel really stood out, she’s kind, intelligent, patient…I’m surprised she’s not a model. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The hotel is well located; we stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment and everything was great, the beds were very comfortable.

Friendly staff, but I've rarely had such a small room. I couldn't have stayed two nights in it. For travelers who like (very) small spaces.

We had a wonderful time at your establishment. The welcome was very warm, the room was very well designed, and the hotel is tastefully decorated in a charming retro style. The breakfast was truly excellent, with everything from savory to sweet options. The location is ideal; everything is within easy reach. My sister and I had a fantastic time, we are delighted, and we will definitely be back! 😊

The room was fairly decent and clean, but it wasn't good value for money. The price didn't reflect the services offered. The pillows weren't comfortable and didn't meet expectations. I didn't get a very restful night. Breakfast, meanwhile, fell short of what one would expect from a two-star hotel, both in terms of choice and quality. In short, a decent stay in some respects, but disappointing considering the price paid.

Absolutely terrible. The first time we called, they practically asked us to leave our fingerprints to make a reservation. No one told us we wouldn't be staying in the hotel itself, but in an apartment next door. Which was freezing cold and in pretty poor condition! If you need anything, be sure to bring everything you need, because there's no coffee or water in the room. In short, very, very poor, we won't be back!

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. We had a room without a window (it was our choice). But the room was tiny and smelled awful. It was almost unbearable. Luckily, we only stayed one night, otherwise we would have left. The room wasn't very clean, especially the bathroom. Dampness, mold, stains, and peeling paint... Very noisy, with our room overlooking the elevator shaft. In short, we won't be back.

The location is excellent for public transportation and the historic center; just cross a square and you're just a few steps from the cathedral. The train station is a 15-minute walk away, or two stops by bus or metro. The hotel is nice and clean, with good Wi-Fi, but the rooms deserve a mention: first of all, there's no heating in the bathroom (there's an electric heater in the closet, but I'd never put it in the bathroom, just to be safe), so it's cold when you enter. Then there's only one outlet, well under the desk. I recommend a small extension cord that reaches above the table to avoid having to kneel down, both to charge your phone and to heat water on the floor. Also, as a true biologist, this one surprised me: the plastic cup you use for tea or coffee is left in the bathroom (!).
