Sandman Signature Aberdeen Hotel & Spa

A great accommodation option. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is good. The bar is very good in the evening.

Lovely staff, nice spa, great breakfast.

The hotel looked lovely at first glance, but then we saw our room... It wasn't spotless at all; we expected better given the hotel's standard. The lamp was dusty, the TV remote was filthy, there were fingerprints on the screen, and other things weren't very clean. We also encountered several problems: the blackout blind was stuck in the up position, and the curtain was broken and stuck halfway down. We reported this to reception, and a charming young woman accompanied us to the room to assess the situation. She eventually found us another room and upgraded us as compensation for the inconvenience. As for customer service and friendliness, we couldn't fault them; they were excellent. Well done and thank you for your responsiveness.

The room was basic but spacious and clean. The bathroom had a shower and a bathtub. For me personally, breakfast was only average – nothing special.

What a beautiful location and they even have parking right on site. The rooms are fantastic and the staff was very accommodating. I think the employees really seem to enjoy working there and enjoy each other's company. It was just a wonderful experience. The restaurant and bar was a beautiful facility. I would certainly stay there again. Great Place.

Booked here for convenience of location and it did the job. I couldn't imagine looking to stay any longer. Checking in was good and the young lady was so nice. It's 12 pounds to park your car in the hotel car park which is small or the overflow across the road. It's a big place with do many ways up to the rooms and corridors, quite confusing really. The room was good and actually a good sleep. My biggest issue was the breakfast. It was horrendous. I've never in my life walked away from a fry with much left on the plate but everything was disgusting. I settled for a banana and a cup of tea. Not great.
