TERRIBLE SERVICE — KENNEDY BRANCH. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE experience. I arrived tired at night and THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. I reported it and the only response was “we’ll report it.” ZERO solutions. ZERO interest. The next morning everything got worse: the power went out, the air conditioning was turned off, and the generator WASN'T SUPPLYING. In Guayaquil, with that heat. I couldn't shower, I couldn't rest. A HORRIBLE experience. I tried to extend my stay or change rooms and the only “help” was to tell me to go to another branch. They weren't even able to help with a reservation or give clear information about when the problem would be resolved. They themselves acknowledge that I'm a regular customer at the Urdesa branch, but at the Kennedy branch that MEANS NOTHING. No consideration, no solution, no compensation, despite not providing the services I paid for. COLD SERVICE. Complete disorganization. Absolute lack of empathy. Not recommended.
