Glass Magnolia Bed and Breakfast

We had an amazing time staying at Glass Magnolia!! Clean, spacious bedrooms, very welcoming dining area and sitting area outside was great! The hosts were most welcoming and friendly, very accommodating, easy to talk too and easy to work with! Breakfast was an adventure every morning, delicious and several choices daily! Great location to wineries and hiking!!

This was our 4 or 5th time here. Always great breakfast food, rooms and company.

Stayed a while back because of a Groupon we found and was very happy. The room was cozy and the owner suggested we visit Rod Serling's grave nearby when we asked about area items of interest. We were in town for a wine trip around Seneca Lake, so Interlaken was pretty convenient being only about 5 minutes from the main trail. I would stay here again.

Our first trip to the Fingers Lakes was enhanced by Wally, Nancy and Gus at the Glass Magnolia Bed & Breakfast. They provided us a warm and welcoming atmosphere with comforts of home and delicious gourmet breakfasts. The location is easily accessible to wineries on Seneca and Cayuga Lakes, state & national parks and museums.

Cannot recommend Glass Magnolia more! I stayed in the Durham room, which is in the second house and up the stairs. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and the room had everything I needed. Even though the house was fully booked, I rarely heard anyone else beyond a quiet morning alarm right before breakfast. Based on other reviews, I knew breakfast was going to be great and Wally did not disappoint! There were savory and sweet options every morning, delicious starters, and they cater to your dietary restrictions. I will absolutely stay again in the future!

We took our son to Cornell (as a transfer student Jr year) and found this sweet spot with great prices! The room had ample space, Nancy and Wally were great hosts, and the breakfasts were delicious and filling. The location was perfect. We'll likely come back for graduation.

The hosts are truly wonderful—kind, respectful, and always ready to help. They really make you feel welcome. This destination might not be well known to those coming from abroad, but it’s a hidden gem worth discovering. There are so many places to enjoy tastings—wine, beer, cider, and even distilleries. It’s the perfect spot to relax and take a real break from everyday life. As a place to stay, it’s ideal: everything is easy to reach by car and just a short drive away.

We had a great time staying with Nancy, Wally and Gus. They were warm and welcoming, and had excellent suggestions for local activities. We heard about them after stopping at a nearby cidery and they were highly recommended there. The room was nice, clean an comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We'd definitely stay there again.
