Very nice place

The rooms are way better than any AirnB I have ever stayed at. Super clean, easy check and easy park. Stores and awesome food is steps away. This is a summer destination highlight! Book it.

This place is perfect if you want to be in the heart of Mammoth Lake. We stayed in the summer and there were concerts at night. There are many shops and restaurants, and you have access to the pool or jacuzzi if you're a guest. Prices vary quite a bit depending on the season. Our apartment was for six people and was very well-equipped. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking, so you don't need to bring anything from home. There's a small living room, a dining area, and two bedrooms. This hotel is very clean, which is why I chose it, and the atmosphere is perfect. My family and I loved it, and we will definitely return. We had a small problem with an air conditioner, but we called reception, and they sent the appropriate staff who arrived very quickly to fix it. I highly recommend this hotel; you'll have an amazing time staying here.

We had a bunch of unexpected issues with our condo when we came to visit. Maria Lopez helped us find a room during an extremely busy time and she was able to upgrade us last minute. Incredible service. She was very helpful, had a good sense of humor, efficient, easy to work with. We are very grateful for all the help she gave us. Thank you Maria!!!

Why only 3 stars? They left an alarm clock set for way too early. If not for that, it would have been 4 or 5. I stayed in a 1-bedroom condo, which would have been very nice: decent kitchen with a good array of dishes, cooking utensils and workspace, nice dining and living areas, pretty good bed with decent linens, plenty of storage, nice balcony, garage parking, and front desk let me check in early (probably why the alarm clock got left on). Negatives: room stank of some kind of air freshener, shower had no wand, toilet seat cover not soft-close, balcony door somewhat destroyed. So, good, but not great.

We are staying July 30 to August 3, 2026 in a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. The only cooling was a single Hisense portable AC unit in the living room, vented through the wall with a hose (see attached photo). Both bedrooms had no AC and reached 85 degrees during the day, making them unusable until evening. The bedroom ceiling fan was loud enough to be disruptive (see attached video). If facing Minaret rd. The noise won’t stop until 2am. We requested turnover service and never received it for the duration of our stay. We had to call multiple times just to get clean towels. Don’t let the listing photos fool you. The location is great, and the price reflects that, but the property doesn’t deliver on basic comfort or service.

Excellent Hotel, but the cost for an overnight stay is a little expensive. It was $325 per night.
