Wonderful experience😁 Beautiful resort, the villas are really nice and well maintained. The staff was amazing and very helpful. There are plenty of complementary activities, we went to a cocktail class and had fun with Music, Bank and Gina, we also went to a meditation and breathing class and to a yoga class in a very nice meditation cave and the instructor Daniel was very professional and helpful. Our villa host March was great and helped us with anything we needed as soon as possible. 10/10👌

- A paradise on earth - Keemala,Phuket. My stay over the past five nights was very good. I was very worried about mosquitoes, but inside the room, there were no mosquitoes thanks to mosquito coils and electric mosquito repellent. However, if you stay outside the room for a long time (while waiting for your vehicle at the Bird Pavilion), you may get bitten by mosquitoes, so we strongly recommend applying mosquito repellent. The food at MALA Restaurant was much better than I expected, so I regret not eating more. On my next visit, I plan to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner there. I've dined in Old Town and Patong Beach, but this is undoubtedly Phuket's finest fine dining restaurant. It's much more satisfying than the Michelin-starred restaurants at the InterContinental. The service level of the staff at MALA Restaurant is also excellent, comparable to Michelin 2- and 3-star restaurants in Korea. The breakfast was excellent, and the menu was so varied that I could eat different foods for five days straight. Mr. Melon, our villa host, was excellent. Although I had experienced butler services at luxury hotels such as the Raffles Hotel in Singapore, the Waldorf Hotel in Dubai, and the Umana Hotel in Bali, Mr. Melon stood out for his sincere suggestions and exceptional attention to detail, rather than a mere formality. I heartily thank you. Mr. Daniel, who taught yoga, Pilates, and meditation classes for five days straight, worked so hard that I still have a pleasant muscle ache. At this Keemala Hotel...^^ I was very pleased to experience a level of luxury filled with sincerity that is hard to find in other luxury franchise hotels. I have already made a reservation for next year, and I plan to visit with my youngest daughter. Thank you.

The spa and wellness experiences were a highlight of our stay at Keemala. A special thank you to Khwah, Duen and Rose for the wonderful massages. Their care, attention and warm hospitality made every visit feel special, and we left feeling deeply relaxed. We also loved our meditation and yoga wheel sessions with Daniel. His calm presence and thoughtful guidance made the sessions both enjoyable and a lovely opportunity to slow down and reconnect. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable. I booked a standard room for 5 nights as a Hilton Diamond member, and I was very pleased with the room upgrades they provided. They upgraded me to a Tent Villa for check-in, but perhaps due to the rainy season, the tent was a bit noisy, so they upgraded me to a Sanctuary Room after 2 nights. Since it was my birthday, I also received a free upgrade to a Birdsnest Villa for one night. I was worried because of my late-night flight, but they allowed me to check out at 4 PM. Their WhatsApp responses were also incredibly fast. I have traveled to Bali and Vietnam quite often recently, but Smile Thailand truly lives up to its reputation. The service was worthy of a hotel known for its excellence. I was deeply impressed by Kimila's service. Thank you. This is a hotel I would love to visit again.

The room facilities were not up to par for a hotel at this price point; many were damaged and the rooms felt rather unclean. While the jungle treehouse experience was acceptable, the service was somewhat disappointing.

Without a doubt, the best hotel we stayed at in Thailand. It’s been two weeks since our stay, and we still keep talking about how special this place made us feel. Everything was perfect, but what truly makes this hotel exceptional is the people. The service feels incredibly personal, warm, and genuine. A very special thank you to our wonderful host, Mai Tai, who made us feel so well taken care of, and to the amazing chef who gave us such an interesting and fun tour. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with incredible attention to every detail. At times, it genuinely felt like we were on our own private island, surrounded by one of the most beautiful places imaginable. And the breakfast deserves a special mention: easily the best breakfast we had anywhere in Thailand. We stayed at many beautiful hotels during our trip, but this is the one that stayed with us. Truly unforgettable and, for us, simply perfect.

The most beautiful resort in all of Thailand, without a doubt. We regretted only booking one night; we wished we had stayed two or more. The place is amazing, and the staff treat you like family. Honestly, the best stay experience! 😍🤍🤍
