I am staying at Blue Tree Morumbi for the umpteenth time, a hotel that once had quality and prestige, but which, unfortunately, today leaves a lot to be desired. Still this afternoon, I needed to request a change of bed linen and towels, as the hygiene conditions were not up to the minimum expected upon check-in. Now, at 10 PM, I find old, patched, and very poor quality sheets. It is regrettable to see a hotel that was once a benchmark reach this level of neglect. There are numerous negative points, problems that accumulate, and the feeling that nothing works as it should. Those who know the standard that Blue Tree Morumbi has offered feel even more indignation witnessing this decline. What was once synonymous with quality and comfort is becoming a real slum today. A guest's loyalty should be valued, not rewarded with an increasingly worse experience. After so many stays, the least expected is hygiene, comfort, maintenance, and respect for the client. Unfortunately, today, the experience is terrible and the disappointment is huge.

Apartment 1901 bathroom: Very high toilet. Television: it freezes frequently, it is not possible to watch TV. Internet signal in this room is very bad, this is certainly affecting the Television.

Service and structure are a 10. Great location, in front of the mall!

Excellent location, in front of Shopping Morumbi. Old hotel, needing renovation. Mediocre breakfast. Good service. Old room, tiny bathroom. Needs a lot of improvement.
