Costa Atlântico Hotel

The garage is on another street; the bellhop showed us a quick way to get there, very attentive. The reception staff could have already pointed out that the garage is on the street next to the hotel; not informing us beforehand causes a small inconvenience. I stayed in apartment 210. Excellent mini-fridge, large room size. Very clean room. Cleanliness, bed linens, with some signs of dirt or stains, but it didn't bother me too much. Large bathroom but poorly laid out; I'm a strong guy. The trash can lid had a problem; it wouldn't open when you stepped on it, I had to open it by hand, which wasn't nice. I had difficulty using the toilet; I kept rubbing against the shower stall because it's very close to the toilet. The toilet was also small, and there was a problem with the toilet seat; it wouldn't stay in place when you stood up and kept falling on your back, which is disgusting. I reported this problem, but they didn't resolve it. The air conditioning cools well and provides a good night's sleep; I recommend setting it to 25 degrees, as it cools well. The TV wasn't working, I complained and the guy promptly resolved it, it was excellent. We went to the restaurant late at night, we had a fish stew for 70 reais, it was great, congratulations to the chef, delicious. The breakfast was excellent, congratulations to the chef and everyone responsible for the preparation, excellent service. I didn't use the pools, so I won't comment. They should have a gym, nowadays everyone uses one, it's a shame they don't. I think they need a few small adjustments to make it excellent, but in the end I liked it.

Very attentive and polite staff. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety. They also serve lunch (which is very good, by the way) and dinner. The room was comfortable and large; the bed had a good mattress. The shower was very good and the bathroom was clean. The room is cleaned daily, without needing to "ask them to clean" (unlike others I've used). I liked it and recommend it.

My experience was terrible. The room had no place to put our luggage; I had to put it on the floor. The bathroom was small, and the sink didn't have space for anything. There was no shelf in the shower for toiletries for two people; we had to put them on the floor. The room walls were moldy, and the bathroom tiles were yellowed. The air conditioning was noisy. I asked reception if there was a better room available, and they were very rude, replying that all the rooms were the same. Thank God we only stayed one day and two nights.

Good hotel, excellent breakfast, great room service.

Reception service, kitchen, and maintenance were excellent. TV and internet were adequate. Great location.
