Hotel Abbeville

Unfortunately the accommodation was not good, the room I stayed in number 116 tower 2 was horrible, employees shouting and making noise in the kitchen all night, not to mention The service from the restaurant manager upstairs speaks in a very harsh way, I always liked staying at the hotel but this time it was frustrating. After a long day of work, what I needed most was a night of rest and I couldn't have it because there were employees shouting watching the Vasco game on Wednesday. that's why I no longer intend to return and indicate.

I had problems at the reception on Thursday to Friday morning because I needed water and the person on duty was on break. I went there. The reception asked for water and the attendant said that under no circumstances could he go to the restaurant to serve me water. Luckily, a guest appeared and gave me a sealed bottle of water of his. The same attendant said that my reservation was economy class, which is why there was no water. Very poorly served and whenever I am in SLZ I stay with you.

We stayed for 1 night. Horrible room, bathroom, sink outside, air conditioning didn't work. We changed rooms. We returned to the hotel 4 days later for 3 more nights. Room with dirty bathroom, even the towels, dirty mini-bar. We changed rooms. Old tower, very messy. What saved us was the promptness of Gabriela and Gilson, the staff, 10.

Terrible service, hotel under renovation, uninformed staff... horrible

If you go to São Luís for business, the hotel serves well. There is parking, a breakfast rated 6, reception facilities, restaurant, elevators, the building structure is good. The rooms are very simple. If you are looking for something with cost-benefit and don't care about luxury, it works well.

The only reservation is cleaning. In the bedroom, under the bed, it was dirty. And underneath the private seat was the smell of urine, a sign of lack of cleaning.

Good environment, has some negative points like! More removing it would come back more often

Good hotel, delicious breakfast, good location, bus stop and an Itaú agency at the door, accommodation of the annex is quite old, but has internal access, the rest is perfect.
