Manoir des Arts Hotel

Manoir des Arts is a small boutique hotel on Điện Biên Phủ Street, next to the Hai Phong Museum and about 700 m from the Opera House. Booking listings mention an outdoor pool, a garden terrace, a bar and an Asian restaurant. We couldn't find an official website, so book through a major platform. It's one of the few smaller, quieter options in the walkable old centre. It's a mainstream hotel, not a gay venue, and Haiphong has no gay bars to walk to; most visitors meet locals on apps.
