Worst stay ever I arrived the room smell like cat urine and mold i actually checked out when requesting a refund Zac the hotel manager refused as he was covering up for his housekeeper Don’t stay here

Had a great stay. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were absolutely amazing - specifically Mike. Although they were all very friendly and professional and happy to assist with any requests I had without any issues. They made the whole experience really easy and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back to stay here and I highly recommend it.

My husband and I spent 5 nights in a Suite at Mantra Terrace. Firstly the room rate was very reasonable. The room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. The bathroom had a huge deep bathtub and large shower with all amenities. The breakfast package was well done including hot drink, croissant, juice, fruit salad and a slice. We found great cafes and restaurants and convenience store within 100 metre walk and a good walk with a bit of a hill to the city shops. 25 minute walk to Southbank and shows. We could not fault Mantra Terrace and will definitely stay there again and again.

** A MUST STAY ** Had a little drama, went to Casino, had a big win so decided to have a few alcoholic beverages, cocktails to be precise. BIG MISTAKE, I hadn't been drunk in over 2 years. In fact I could count the total amount in that 2 years on 1 hand. After being too loud, getting multiple complaints, and some minor damage to shower tap when falling into shower The Accor team were absolutely AMAZING and I thank you for being so understanding and maybe a little sorry for me to 🤣

The staff are amazing and so amazingly helpful. The rooms, thought small are nice. But unpolished. The ceilings aren't completed, the bedside tables are... I don't know what they are but they have been inexpertly recycled from something. The TVs are good quality but poor care means that (in my room at least) the corners are burned in.

Really pleasant hotel, rooms are lovely and come with tea/coffee making facilities. Staff were great, only downside is breakfast option seems limited. It's about a 10 minute walk from Centeal Station so getting around is easy enough (as long as not doing work on railway lines, which seems a common occurance!). Not much around in terms of restaurants although a few takeaways close by. Plenty within a 10/15 minute walk, though.

Rooms are very small. Deluxe room had Queen Bed but stowage space would only really enough for one. Was on 4th Floor where carpet had a strong odour to it. Breakfast paid for in advance, $30, but not into warmed-up muffins, and stale remade packaged things. There's a kitchen there but unstaffed. Better save your money and go less than a 100 metres down the road (no. 40) to a delightful cafe called Jak + Hill.
