Amazing service, staff were accomodating for late check in. Price was extremely reasonable Room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was convenient. Pet friendly Will definitely stay here again 😊
Arriving at Motel 10 we parked next to the smokers lounge and after observing the filth, it only went downhill from there. We were checked in and given the key to somebody else's room which I entered, fortunately they were not in the room at the time. We were shown to another room, while stepping over dirty laundry and towels in the corridor (these remained until we left). Upon entering our room we were greeted by a suspiciously stained chair and faulty door that had been repaired with tape. The door also had 2 locking mechanisms that were broken off or missing deadbolt latches. Knowing the real possibility of somebody else entering our room sleep was not possible. Attempted to use the shower, waited 4 minutes for hot water and then gave up. We cut our losses and left.
I booked through Booking.com. Smooth process. The staff were very communicative and accommodated for after hours check-in. The place was very nice and clean. Looks to be well maintained. I recommend this motel. Thank you!
