Had a great stay here for two nights, the staff were really helpful and friendly and the large room was very comfy, clean and modern. The location is perfect for exploring Thimphu, really central but still quiet enough to have a peaceful night. The buffet food was nice with a choice of western, Bhutanese and other Asian dishes.

We stayed here for one night on March 25th during our trip from March 25th to 29th, 2026. The hotel is located on a side road in the capital city of Thimphu, a slightly downhill drive, and the driver was excellent. It's near the central post office. The hotel rooms are spacious, and the staff were enthusiastic, helping to carry luggage to our room and to the car when we checked out. A plus is that the hotel has an elevator, making it very convenient to get around.

First time visiting Bhutan. And given me and my wife a great experience. The stay at The Seva Hotel been wonderful. The room was great, spacious and facilities are well maintained. The room cleanliness is great as well. Hotel staffs are friendly and able to communicate in english. Staffs are willing to listen and provide our request. Breakfast and dinner are good as hotel provide fusion western meal. Kitchen willing to prepare some Chinese dishes upon our request. Only one complaint would be the prepared dishes were too much for 2 people 😁. Will choose to stay at this hotel if we will to visit Thimphu again😁.

Happiness guaranteed at Hotel Seva. I spent five nights at this hotel and could not fault the service, food and comfort. We were greeted each day by the general manager (sir Tek) and the operations manager (madam Tara). I highly recommend staying here when you visit Thimphu.

Loved the Seva Hotel. It is located in the Thimphu city, with market all around. The room was huge, clean and well maintained. The bathroom was clean and stocked with all necessary toiletries. The room has a heater which keeps it comfortable. The breakfast and dinner had limited but good options for both veg and non veg dishes. They serve international cuisines. I really liked the buckwheat pancakes they served for breakfast. They had some local dishes such as ema datshi and keva datshi for dinner as well. The staff was super friendly and hospitable. They even kept free drinks in our room for Valentine's day. The hotel has a gym as well. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were amazing!! I was a bit sick the first couple of days we stayed and the staff made hot tea and really took good care of me!!

Such an amazing hotel! Stayed here for 2 nights and just wow! They really make sure you're at comfort. The food is too good and the staff treats you like royalty. Manager is very friendly and assured us meat is halal in the restaurant. Inside the city centre, easy to stroll around Thimphu city. 1000% recommend!
