There is a very bad place in the water park, people have defecated in the staircase, do not go into the shower room, it is a waste of money, contact me.

Worst experience ever at Shyam Resort. Everything here is badly managed — from the food service to the hall arrangements and especially the water park. We were made to wait for HOURS because the swimming pool cleaning was still “going on,” and every time the staff kept saying “just 1 more hour.” No proper updates, no apology, no responsibility. The temperature outside is literally 44°C+, and still the management showed zero concern for guests. Instead of helping or arranging an AC waiting area, they simply ignored everyone like it was normal to leave people suffering in such extreme heat. On top of that, when we ordered food and later decided to cancel because of the endless waiting and horrible situation, the staff REFUSED to cancel it and started arguing that “the food is already being made.” Seriously? Customers are already frustrated, exhausted, and overheated, and instead of solving the issue they make things worse with rude behavior and careless service. This place only cares about money, not customer comfort or satisfaction. Completely unprofessional management, terrible hospitality, and a total waste of time and money. Never visiting again and definitely not recommending this resort to anyone.

Both the swimming pools are visibly dirty which have made water opaque. The are around the pool is full of dirt and construction sand and people walking over that are going straight into pool water. Not recommended if you are concerned about hygeine. Previously, it was well maintained but the quality has drastically degraded.

Worst...like seriously. Firstly water was dirty then the locker room it was terrible...and for changing room -almost no privacy. I'd never go again neither prescribe someone to go there

There is no means of commuting, one has to travel by personal vehicle, it causes a lot of trouble at night.
