We held a family Shabbat Sheva Brachot. The location was chosen due to its proximity to a specific synagogue. The service was exceptional. The chef prepared delicious and plentiful meals for us. All the guests had a great time.

"Little House in the Valley" We don't buy food from places that make their guests feel bad. We don't book vacations in places that don't respect you exactly as you are. "Little House in Rehavia" and "Little House in the Valley" are owned by the same people. So my story (in short) is that I stayed one weekend at a small house in Rehavia. And in the dining room, at breakfast, the people in charge of the dining room made faces at me like "Tisha B'Av"... I remember leaving there with a sour and very unpleasant feeling after paying the best of my money for the accommodation and not feeling welcome at all... 😢 They treat each guest differently. I also documented my experience on recordings. I did not enjoy it and will not return again... And I do not recommend it to anyone! **** Update: Wednesday, 29.04.2026, at: 09:13 And now I will leave my story here at length (I found in my notes the saved review I wrote at the time about "Little House in Rehavia", but since there is no mention of the business on Google Maps (only of Little House in the Valley, which is actually the same owners as you know) I decided to give up and not write my review... Recently I see posts on Facebook of the "Little House in the Valley" hotel Regarding the breakfasts they offer even to customers who don't book a stay at the hotel, at a cost of 70 NIS per person and in addition to the catering service they offer for the weekend - a dish per person for 149 NIS for a Shabbat meal and I felt it was time for people to really understand how much the place cares about its customers... So here is my full review: **** Business review / Matlyuchka with love "Little House in Rehavia" 20 Ibn Ezra Street - Rehavia Neighborhood - Jerusalem Date of stay: Monday to Wednesday - 02.12 to 04.12.2024 Room 206 - Second floor with elevator **** "Unpleasant hospitality experience" The room is very small With a double bed that was actually very comfortable... But there is no kettle in the room, no microwave, no hairdryer The mini safe - there are no instructions for use/operation and it doesn't work. The rooms are very close to each other and you can hear almost every word you say... You can hear people Talking on the phone from the neighboring rooms... I hear someone talking on the phone and it's unpleasant 🙄 I mean, talking in the rooms is not allowed, because there really is no privacy! Speak softly so they don't hear you, shhhh... **** At breakfast >>> Hussam the receptionist asks everyone at breakfast on Tuesday (03.12) the same questions as Tochi. His energy is unpleasant, it's very noticeable, he doesn't transmit human warmth and acceptance and emotional inclusion, but addresses in a very technical way, without a smile and asks if everything is okay in the room, he doesn't start a conversation, doesn't ask the person's name, only what the room number is and if towels/cleaning are needed... While I was having breakfast, I left the table for a second to go up to the room because I wanted to check something. My whole mouth is full of leftover food and he forces me to talk to him when I don't want to talk to anyone at all, I'm completely tired, I just want to eat something small, drink coffee and go to sleep... I came to rest, I didn't come to make contact with unkind people. * Lemonade has Hospital taste * * The scrambled egg, cut into very small pieces and not well baked, at a lukewarm to cold temperature and not tasty. Pale. Like a hospital. * * * Everything else was fine, relatively speaking. * * * * Whoever made the salad, put lemon salt in the carrot and cabbage salad that was very tired and I'm sure they didn't make it in the morning but the night before. * * * * * There was also purple cabbage that I didn't take but of course they put lemon salt in it too, horrible. Who puts lemon salt in food??!!! It's a poison that's designed to remove scale from kettles! In the room >>> There's a flat-screen Tumblevision in the room with a Yes converter box Overall it's fine, I don't usually watch the programming device of the media mind control of the propaganda trumpeters of the establishment media. I saw a small part of an old Israeli movie with Shayka Ofir (late) and Yosef Shiloah (late) two huge actors from their time And more! Outside the building >>> Outside there is the noise of renovations, of hammers and Arab workers shouting at each other in a bad way and ah ah ah just like donkeys. And also a truck that honks with the noise of reversing for hours... In short, unpleasant. The bathroom >>> There is a very pleasant bathroom with hot water and a heater. It was fun. There is one large towel, one small towel, and one more small towel that is not intended for the feet but they put it on the corner of the bathroom so that they know it is intended for that... There are two small tubes of shampoo and one of body lotion... Both in the room (the private area) And in the dining room (the shared area) >>> Both in the private area and
