Beautiful oasis of calm and connection, just outside of Queenstown’s bustle. Such careful and loving attention to detail, in the hangout space and the sauna and all around. I was impressed by the thoughtful, personal hospitality. I can’t wait to come back!

My boyfriend and I were searching for things to do whilst we stay in Queenstown and found Ricks place. We had never done a cold plunge before and loved the whole experience. The set up is so peaceful and calm and we have woken up feeling so refreshed today!
The Land and the people cannot be met anywhere else. This is not a "we will take care of you, IG Photo opp, Luxury, Chemical filled location that is Treading" It is a place where the land has been honored, the people who love nature and the true healing benefits of Hot/Cold Therapy have put it together over the years- And you can feel it. Your nervous system instantly relaxes when your feet hit the Grass and your lungs fill with the air. It also has its corkey pieces like Jet boats coming by ever so often, or Deep freezers filled with Spring water and Ice as a cold plunge and a Bring your own Food/drink/towel enviornemnt. Nudity of okay if you are willing to do it true finland style and the guided sessions will help you get out of your head and into the reason you came here. To feel the polarity and know that you will be in bliss at the end. So..If you are looking for the the trendy/hip Sauna for your IG posts- Go somewhere that promotes that. If you want to connect deeply with yourself and what you are capable of- leaving a session forever changes for the better- then come by and sweat with those that are on a similar path.
I had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing time here! If you're looking for a peaceful getaway away from the busy city center, this is the place. It's tucked away in a quiet location, making it feel very private and exclusive. A huge shout-out to Georgia, who was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our visit. Her hospitality made the experience even more special. The waiting area is so cozy with a warm bonfire, and they have little activities like tarot cards, a guitar, and a ukulele to keep you entertained. I also loved the complimentary warm peppermint tea—it was such a thoughtful touch! Everything about this place is charming and serene. Highly recommended for anyone needing a proper recharge.
