I booked this hotel for my senior parents, and they were really well taken care of. The staff were super helpful and kind. My parents had an embassy appointment and suddenly realized they were missing one of their documents, the hotel immediately printed it for them and even offered to help with Grab if needed. Because of their support, my parents’ stay was very smooth, relaxing, and stress‑free. We’re very thankful for the great service.
Great place to stay. Location is near the Ayala Triangle with shops nearby.

The Sphere Serviced Residences sits at a very accessible location. It is right in the middle of Makati. The room is clean, huge and spacious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom looks great. The staff are attentive to their guests’ needs. Will book another stay again next time.
The air conditioning was a bit noisy, though it wasn't a major issue for me as I wore earplugs to sleep. I'm not sure if it was just my room or if all units are like that. The studio I booked is very spacious, and it is definitely a great value for the price.
