Strategically located hotel

We stayed here June 6 to 7, 2026. 3 ladies. Booked via trip.com initially I gave them 5 stars at trip.com because we liked the smooth check in, extended service when we requested for half day extension and parking too. One of the bellboy was also helpful with our luggages. Lounge staff and receptionists were nice too. We had a nice sleep and view of makati. Kahit na outdated yun room and mejo malabo yun lights nakatulog naman kami. However 1 day after checking out (522 pm) 27 hrs passed I received a message that there was a damage in the room and i have to pay 8k. 🤯😡 I was shocked because they only informed me today June 8, 2026 at 8 15 pm. They gave us the security deposit yesterday. They even processed the payment of the extension so there was an ample time to inform us about the incident but none. No calls, text or email from them. After reading the message from the duty manager, i asked what was the damage and it looks wear and tear of the chair. How can a skinny lady weighing 48kg tear a chair who sat there for 20 mins just to do make her make up. I called the hotel at 821 pm after replying to the message and looked for the duty manager who sent me the message at 815 pm but I was informed she was already out. So how come a duty manager who's not on duty anymore sent me that message and the incoming was the one who talked to me and told me they were informed by housekeeping yesterday (June 7) however need to check how much will the repair costs before informing the guest. it made me mad even more because how come they let guests checked out without even informing them of the matter 😡. But at least the duty manager who talked to me was accountable enough to admit their mistake. I'm just really disappointed with this kind of service. So if you will book this hotel or any hotel or airbnb make sure to take photos of every furniture and spaces of the room. Just to be safe and for your protection. That's also a lesson learned for me to avoid this kind of inconvenience. Hassle na pagpasok sa room need ko pa i-check if okay and working lahat and bago ako bumaba to check out check ko din muna kung may nasira ba or what para protection ko sa mga ganitong pangyayari. I hope i'm the last guest of this hotel that will experience this kind of poor service. Sa trip.com top 9 sila sa mga recommended hotels in Makati but didn't expect this. Nakakafrustrate lang. I thought I'll recommend this place to relatives and friends pero hindi na lang. I won't stay here again after ng service nila. Hindi ako choosy when it comes sa pagstay ng hotel. Basta makatulog ng maayos, ligo and maayos ang treatment ng staff okay na ako. Pero kung may need naman talaga na feedback ang hotel for improvement sinasabi ko and isa ito. Bilang isa sa pinakamatagal na hotel sa Makati sana ayusin and train pa nila ng maayos staff. Pwede nio din update mga gamit sa rooms para di nasisisi guests sa mga furnitures na matanda na kaya wear and tear na.

The front desk service was absolutely terrible. I'd been there for three minutes and there wasn't a single person there to help me.

As a couple, we enjoyed our week here. Everything was perfect. The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The pool is great. The breakfast is fantastic. And the staff is so incredibly friendly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Rooms are a little dated. Clean and large Rooms. Breakfast is excellent. Customer service is above and beyond excellent.

Getting a little tired. Needs a refurb. Club lounge was very crowded.
