Lis Hotel Chiangmai

This was a beautiful stay in Chiang Mai. The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious and had beautiful views of mountains and temples. It also comes with free breakfast, and a coworking/ cafe space which was great as I work remotely. The pool area is beautiful, and it's a quiet hotel meaning it's really relaxing. I would highly recommend!

We stayed in a few places in Chiang Mai Old Town, and Lis Hotel was definitely our favorite. The people working there are kind, always smiling, and genuinely ready to help. The hotel itself is bright, beautiful, and very clean. The owner shows such warm hospitality by offering complimentary coffee, tea, and even a fridge stocked with fruits, yoghurt bowls, and little treats that guests can enjoy anytime during the day. It really makes you feel at home. One more thing that truly impressed us was the communication and care from the staff. After we left, we accidentally forgot our e-book at the hotel. Within a few days, they arranged for it to be sent back to us in Phuket, where we live. We really appreciated that extra effort. We’re very grateful for our stay and hope many more guests get to experience this kind of hospitality. :)

The hotel may be located in a small alley, but it’s very comfortable inside. There’s a swimming pool, breakfast, and the staff are super friendly and speak English very well. There are lots of activities to do, and they even have cute cats! The room was extremely comfortable. What was supposed to be a 2-day stay turned into 7 days instead. Highly recommended — absolutely amazing! 📍One small suggestion: the hotel should consider changing the hair dryer brand. I used it for only about three second before it stopped working. The second one even sparked and had a burning smell, so I decided not to use the hair dryer at all after that.

The issues with the broken hairdryer and the mosquitoes in the room have been resolved. Thank you so much for your attention and for fixing them for us.

I saw it on X and thought it looked pretty, so I came here, and it is just as beautiful in person. The pool looks great for tanning, and since it is connected to a massage facility in front, it looks perfect for a staycation. It would be ideal to spend a day relaxing peacefully here and then visit a nearby jazz bar. It’s a hotel where it’s a shame to only stay for one day.

This is a fresh and simple hotel. We stayed here for seven nights. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and varied daily, and the 24-hour free drinks and instant noodles were great! The hotel staff were very friendly. The only things we didn't like were the small partition between the bathroom and toilet, which meant water would splash everywhere when showering, and the sink being outside the bed, making the floor wet when brushing our teeth and washing our hands. The swimming pool was very small, so don't expect much.

Wow, we have never stayed in such a good hotel. Everything is perfect, the people are very friendly, and the staff goes out of their way for you. Breakfast is veeeery delicious. You can have snacks and coffee/tea throughout the day. Thanks to the whole team and Kat! We booked an extra 2 days; it felt like a second home. The yoga classes were also great.

Since it's a brand new hotel, it's clean and nice. The restaurant is small but has everything you need, and water is unlimited, with some snacks available as well. The atmosphere is great too! The friendly staff are a bonus!!!~~ 😊

This hotel wasn't in our original plan; we found it on Google Maps, and everything exceeded our expectations. We didn't think it would be this good. For 1000 baht per room, it was amazing! The rooms are soundproof; you don't even need to hang a "do not disturb" sign because each room has a button to press for cleaning. There's also a doorbell in every room, so you don't need to knock loudly. The communal swimming pool is clean, with lush green grass. Breakfast is included, but we never got to eat it because we woke up too late! They offer 24-hour over-the-counter services including juice, milk, and fresh fruit – very impressive! They also have instant noodles and porridge available 24 hours, perfect for those in a hurry. Clean, unlimited drinking water is provided. The hotel offers various massage services, including spa treatments, but we didn't use them. Personally, I think they're a bit expensive; getting a massage outside would be more worthwhile. However, many foreign tourists use their services. Overall, I give it an 11/10! Incredibly good value!

This hotel is an absolute banger. The staff is amazing. The breakfast was amazing. The facilities are great. It's ideally located in a quiet area. Will book again without hesitation.

Immediately taken by how awesome this hotel is…from excelllent service checking in out, clean and spacious room to the most friendliest and attentive staff. 5 min walk to the famous street market. 5 star service with 5 star smiles!
