It was great! We stayed on the first floor, and the self-service bar was luxurious and free, with water, milk, orange juice, guava juice, and even yogurt and soy milk. The breakfast was also excellent, and there was a very affectionate cat. The only downside was that the room and toilet were in one rectangular area, which caused some odor. Hopefully, this can be improved.

I was thoroughly searching for accommodation and booked Lis Hotel without hesitation after seeing that it is famous among Koreans! Just like I saw in the reviews, it is incredibly clean and decorated in every corner with a strong Chiang Mai vibe. I found myself taking photos wherever my eyes landed. The staff were all friendly and eager to help with anything, which I appreciated. In particular, there was a misunderstanding regarding the accommodation, but Steed actively helped and resolved it for me. It is also in a great location for enjoying the Saturday and Sunday markets.

The room was clean and tidy, but there were a lot of ants at the time. Since we had children with us, we had to be extra careful. Late at night, we encountered a group of Chinese people making noise, as most of them were foreign tourists. The staff provided excellent service. The food was okay. There was limited parking, and the hotel's parking area wasn't convenient.

At first, I stayed for just 1 night and after a few days, I returned again to stay for 2 more nights. The hospitality from the staff is top-notch. They are very welcoming and nice. They make you feel at ease during your stay there, especially Orr. She has been very accommodating all through my stay there. The massage and onsen are also very relaxing as well. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
