O Antwerp Queer Arts Festival é um dos eventos culturais LGBTQ+ mais relevantes da Bélgica — um programa de duas semanas de exposições, performances, sessões de cinema e eventos em museus e espaços culturais, em paralelo ao Antwerp Pride. O festival dialoga com a identidade queer pelas artes visuais, teatro, dança, cinema e fotografia em um nível curatorial que o coloca entre os destaques LGBTQ+ da região do Benelux. Edições anteriores envolveram o Museum aan de Stroom (MAS), o MoMu (museu da moda), o Royal Museum of Fine Arts e várias galerias. Reflete a posição de Antuérpia como uma das cidades culturalmente mais ambiciosas da Europa.
