L'Antwerp Queer Arts Festival est l'un des grands rendez-vous culturels LGBTQ+ de Belgique — un programme de deux semaines d'expositions, performances, projections et événements dans les musées et lieux culturels d'Anvers, qui se déploie en parallèle d'Antwerp Pride. Le festival aborde l'identité queer par les arts visuels, le théâtre, la danse, le cinéma et la photographie à un niveau curatorial qui en fait un événement culturel LGBTQ+ de premier plan dans le Benelux. Les éditions passées ont impliqué le Museum aan de Stroom (MAS), le MoMu (musée de la mode), le musée royal des Beaux-Arts et différents espaces galeries. Le festival reflète la position d'Anvers parmi les villes les plus culturellement ambitieuses d'Europe.
