Het Rustpunt

Just around the corner from the old town, wonderfully quiet, friendly staff. Single beds a bit narrow for my liking, but very comfortable to sleep in.

I had a wonderful stay at Het Rustpunt. The rooms are modern and spacious, spotlessly clean. Breakfast is extremely generous with many choices. Coffee and tea available all day. Excellent location just 5 mins walk to the Castle and the boat trip. Everything is easily walkable. I loved the peacefulness of the place, highly recommended.

This is a very special place: in the middle of the busy city you are surrounded by rest, beauty and tranquility. Inside the 17th century walls you will find the comfort of the 21st century.

A very nice, quietly situated hotel in a prime location. Right in the middle of the city and yet so peaceful. The location really made it complete.

It's a beautiful 16th-century monastery with lovely gardens and very comfortable, modern, and particularly spacious rooms. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. It's also worth noting that they have 24-hour coffee, tea, and a water dispenser. The person I spent the most time with was the receptionist, who was very friendly. Keep in mind that it's a monastery with a vow of silence, so be aware that it's very quiet.

Highly recommended accommodation. It's a converted monastery. Great location near the center of Ghent, excellent breakfast, and the place itself is charming. Very peaceful, ideal for relaxing or meditating. The rooms don't have TVs or refrigerators, but the location and tranquility more than make up for it.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Het Rustpunt. The name truly lives up to its reputation: peace, atmosphere, and a lovely ambiance. It is special to spend the night at such a location with character; you can tell the building has a story to tell. The room was neat, clean, and had a beautiful bathroom! The beds were a bit too soft for my taste, but fine for my girlfriend. What made it even more pleasant was the location. A peaceful night's sleep, yet at the same time within walking distance of the center of Ghent. An ideal base for exploring the city without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

We had a wonderfully peaceful stay at Het Rustpunt! Pleasant atmosphere, very spacious room, and a lovely bed. The breakfast was tasty and sufficiently extensive. A big bonus is the location: right near the center, yet an oasis of tranquility. We will definitely be back!

Very peaceful, rooms are very dull though

Had a wonderful stay. The rooms are neat and clean. The bathroom is the same. Located in a wonderfully quiet area, within walking distance of the most important and beautiful sights in Ghent. Private parking next to the hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is also fine. If we visit Ghent again, I will definitely book this hotel again.

A very nice hotel in a still-active monastery, in a superb location. Ideal for a short trip to Ghent.
