Reception was absolutely not a warm welcome, barely any explanation at the private sauna. You book 2 hours, 15 minutes before end time the main lights come on (you can't change anything about that yourself) and 5 minutes before end time it gets pitch black (so time to leave) you have to get dressed with the flashlights on your mobile phone, very cozy. ✨ In the past I also received a massage here from a man who was absolutely not trained for it. First time there. I received a Wonderbox gift and chose this activity. When I arrived, I was greeted at reception by a rather unfriendly young woman. I showed her the email I had received, which I was supposed to present upon arrival, but it wasn't enough, even though this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the email! I wasted 15 minutes trying to find the Wonderbox barcode, which wasn't required anywhere. Bring a bathrobe, slippers, and your own towels, as these are available for a fee on-site. It's not exorbitant, though. The place was clean, the changing rooms were shared, and the restrooms were clean. The services, such as facials and massages, are very good, as is the staff (a little more smileiness wouldn't hurt). The restaurant offers a wide selection; the portions are very generous and the food is delicious. The homemade lemonades, however, are a bit too sweet. The free activities are good. Aside from the halotherapy, which I didn't like at all. As for the amenities (jacuzzi, sauna, etc.), there are more options for naturists; it was my first experience. Very beautiful setting.

We had a very nice experience in the wellness area. It is properly divided in a nude and dressed part, and both areas have good sauna and pool options to explore - however, the nude area does have substantially more options and variety. Unfortunately, our impression quickly changed at lunch time. The food was absolutely terrible besides expensive. Plus, one of us got food poisoning from it! One thing is tasteless food, another is being unhygienic and hazardous. I would avoid this place in the end just because of that.

A superb day of relaxation. The massage was excellent. A minor drawback: the exorbitant prices of the food and the drone flying over the site.

A very pretty place, full of greenery. Warm pools and jacuzzis. Delicious food. Serious receptionists, they seem grumpy. The salt room smells like feet.

Reception, food, and service were okay. The indoor and outdoor facilities were good, beautifully decorated, and relaxing. Negative point 1: the outdoor cabins are not working properly; the infrared cabin was out of service and the halo therapy was closed, even in the afternoon. Negative point 2: we had the eyelash tinting treatment done, but that is a waste of my money! There is no visible result on me or my daughter... I think the tint was left on for far too short a time, around 2 minutes.

Great experience! Cozy spaces. I'll be back.
