A truly amazing place where I could rest and recharge my batteries before traveling to the Wild Wilderness of Finland.

The cabins were spacious and well equipped.

Clean place. Easy to get to and good food.

Motorhome parking spaces are bad on the grass field!

Central location. The places are worn out and the expectations didn't quite match the reality. Why is all the junk collected in plain sight? It doesn't just apply to this place, but to quite a few other camping areas.

Toilets and showers not cleaned, places uneven. Not when I'm on the road. It's time to invest a little in buildings.

An perfect camping.

Every summer on a campervan trip to Joensuu. Always nice to come. Down the slopes and into the villages. Great location, familiar and safe. You can swim easily, even though there is no beach in the area and the shop is also close by. The city has a great cycling network. Well-marked routes for us tourists😅 You can get a ready breakfast table at Jokiasema. Go to Kukkosensaari to go outside and admire the scenery and have a fire with snacks in the evening. And those friendly Joensuu residents👍
