The bouncers were horrible - they didn’t let us in because we are English even though we speak fluent French. They tried to tell us we needed a reservation but they let everyone else in. We then ask straight up - is it because we are English? And they said yes we are racist. We conducted the whole conversation in French as we speak perfect french as we are students in Toulouse but yes it was very horrible to be denied entry simply because we are from England. Really angered us! Will never ever try go ago - awful

It was bad, so bad, too bad we couldn't put less. An evening that boils down to trying to let people through in a clearly overfilled room. Impossible to move. Bouncers so friendly that I lost my good mood as soon as I entered! RUN AWAY !

This nightclub is in a cellar and in the room at the back you can smell mold. There are three rooms in total and different music is played in each one

A very good breakfast served with love and splendor. Philippe shows great professionalism as does his entire team to help us have a good evening and eat a good breakfast with à la carte: orange juice, milk, chicken, pain au chocolat, croissants, nesquiks

I went to le trolley with some friends, the place was super cool, but the treatment was horrible.... There was a girl who worked in the bathroom handing out toilet paper, she left me 2 pieces and I asked her for another one when I left the bathroom to dry my hands and she said no but shouting at me and without any respect (after paying 10 euros entrance fee, 10 euros for a beer and 2 for leaving my jacket) I explained that there was no paper in the bathroom and with the 2 pieces she gave me I couldn't dry my hands because I had used them for “my necessities“ ... He shouted at me, he disrespected me for asking him for 10 cm of paper... the less I’m expecting is respect then I asked the security in the front door just to talk to the chief and 3 different security guys told me that the girl from the bathroom “she’s just like that, disrespectful” and I was like “okay, if she doesn’t like her job she can stay home and I can do the job for her” man, 32 euros just for being there (there were actually 3 different rooms but we just can entered in one of them because the other were for “reservations”) , a beer and to leave my jacket, I’m not gonna come back. I’m gonna make sure that all my friends don’t come to this place and I’m gonna post a comment also in my social media because I go out to have a good night and if I’m going to spend my money in a place the minimum I’m asking for is RESPECT Je suis allée au trolley avec des amis, l'endroit était super cool, mais le traitement était horrible.... Il y avait une fille qui travaillait dans les toilettes et qui distribuait du papier toilette, elle m'a laissé 2 morceaux et je lui en ai demandé un autre quand je suis sorti des toilettes pour me sécher les mains et elle m'a dit non mais en me criant et sans aucun respect (après avoir payé 10 euros d'entrée, 10 euros pour une bière et 2 euros pour avoir laissé ma veste) j'ai expliqué qu'il n'y avait pas de papier dans les toilettes et qu'avec les 2 morceaux qu'elle m'avait donnés je ne pouvais pas me sécher les mains parce que je les avais utilisés pour "mes besoins".... Il m'a crié dessus, il m'a manqué de respect pour lui avoir demandé 10 cm de papier... le moins que j'attende c'est du respect alors j'ai demandé à la sécurité de la porte d'entrée juste pour parler au chef et 3 gars différents de la sécurité m'ont dit que la fille des toilettes "elle est comme ça, irrespectueuse" et j'ai dit "ok, si elle n'aime pas son travail elle peut rester à la maison et je peux faire le travail pour elle" mec, 32 euros juste pour être là (il y avait en fait 3 chambres différentes mais on a juste pu entrer dans l'une d'entre elles parce que les autres étaient pour les "réservations"), une bière et laisser ma veste, je ne reviendrai pas. Je vais m'assurer que tous mes amis ne viennent pas dans cet endroit et je vais poster un commentaire dans mes reseaux sociaux parce que je sors pour passer une bonne soirée et si je dois dépenser mon argent dans un endroit, le minimum que je demande est le RESPECT Fui al trolley con unas amigas, el sitio era super chulo, pero el trato fue horrible.... Había una chica trabajando en los baños repartiendo papel higiénico, me dejó 2 trozos y le pedí otro al salir del baño para secarme las manos y me dijo que no pero gritándome y sin ningún respeto (después de pagar 10 euros de entrada, 10 euros por una cerveza y 2 euros por dejar mi chaqueta) le expliqué que no había papel en los baños y que con los 2 trozos que me había dado no podía secarme las manos porque los había usado para "mis necesidades". ... Me gritó, me faltó al respeto por pedirle 10 cm de papel... lo minimo que espero es respeto asi que pedi a la seguridad en la puerta principal solo para hablar con el jefe y 3 personas de seguridad diferentes me dijeron que la chica del aseo "es asi, irrespetuosa" y le dije "ok, si no le gusta su trabajo puede quedarse en casa y yo puedo hacer el trabajo por ella" hombre… 32 euros sólo por estar allí (en realidad había 3 salas diferentes pero sólo entramos en una de ellas porque las otras eran para "reservas"), una cerveza y dejar mi chaqueta, no voy a volver. Me aseguraré de que todos mis amigos no vengan a este lugar y pondré un comentario en mis redes sociales porque salí a pasar una buena noche y si voy a gastar mi dinero en un lugar, lo menos que pido es RESPETO 🤷🏻‍♀️

When I went there a guard told me i had to wait a hour, then the other guard told me the club that they receive people only by reservation. Reservation that you can have through social network. I'm a tourist and I can't know how you work and I don't even don't want to know it. Like other places of Marseille's nightlife, is meant for french people and not for tourists. I saw other italian of foreigners being refused by guards.

Bouncers totally execrable and disrespectful. One of them dared to tell me "I'm going to put it in you deep" after having told us to "get out" violently for no reason. Moreover, the manager did not react to the bouncer's totally inappropriate comments. Should we teach them their job? Or maybe politeness and respect?

Everything was good apart some bouncers - their behaviour, including a situation when one of them wanted to throw me out of the club or whatever he wanted to do by violently grabbing my arm, without a reason or any explanation. It left a bad taste in my mouth.
