We didn’t do the check-in since there was no power on the building. They didn’t wanted to refound the money back even though we were waiting for almost an hour to find a solution. Even though we didn’t enter the room, the building had spider webs, smell of rat and very dirty. One of the owner’s friend told us to watch our back since the area was very dangerous.

I didn't like it because it's dirty everywhere and there are rats outside, but otherwise it's fine.

Mina and Alaeddin are two of the employees at the reception. They are both very helpful and very kind and will make your stay at the F1 Strasbourg even more pleasant. I would like to thank both of them very much. Generally, it's a good hotel. The rooms might be smaller than you would think, based on the pictures you see. Other than that, my experience was really good. The hotel is conveniently located near the Port du Rhin stop of the Tram D line which has direct access to downtown Strasbourg and the main railway station, as well as the nearby German city of Kehl.

First and foremost, a huge thank you to Mina, who is an absolutely exceptional woman. I've traveled to many places, but it's very rare to meet someone so attentive, professional, warm, and caring. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel at ease with her smile, her kindness, and her incredible sense of service. She takes the time for each guest and does everything to ensure their stay is perfect. Honestly, people like Mina are extremely rare, and she deserves all the praise she can give. She is the heart and soul of this hotel and one of the main reasons why my stay was so memorable. The hotel itself is also remarkable: an immaculate room, very comfortable bedding, perfectly maintained common areas, and a pleasant atmosphere. Everything is designed to make guests feel comfortable from the beginning to the end of their stay. I leave with wonderful memories and immense gratitude to Mina for her exceptional hospitality. Her professionalism, good humor, and generosity far exceeded all my expectations. I recommend this hotel 100%, and if you are lucky enough to be welcomed by Mina, you will immediately understand why she deserves so much praise.

This hotel is not recommended; I would strongly advise against staying at this hostel. The condition of the rooms is unacceptable. We were initially given a room with black mold and urine stains. After complaining about the health risk, we were given a new room. This one didn't have mold, but it was still dirty and in some places quite damaged. Furthermore, the electricity doesn't work everywhere in the building, there's no soap, and the pricing is extremely opaque; it seems like a rip-off.

The condition of some rooms is unacceptable and hazardous to health. In my room, I found black mold and mildew on the walls, visible even in the mirror. The room was generally dirty, worn, and unclean. There was hair on the duvet and cobwebs in the room and hallway. The service was also unfriendly, and we were quoted an exorbitant price. There were far too few electrical outlets, and the toilet and shower were not in the room. The electrical wiring was exposed and therefore unsafe.

Not recommend as hotel. It is hostel with hostel vibe. There was bug (small spider) in bathroom. Also the photo available while booking tell you only half story, the opposite wall of that so beautiful painted wall shown in picture is the griffitty like small photos. So I feel those pictures were true but misleading. Also the room they called 'Cabrio' is so small. Not even single dustbin is there. I don't know how its got 1 star for hotel!

Very friendly service, came in clutch when there were no other hotels available. Small, clean, rooms.

Don't expect much. It's just a stopover. Sleep, then head home. Hostel, one star. Price/performance ratio is rather poor.
