The place is beautiful but very far from the center of Strasbourg.

This hotel is a disaster. Between the filth, the overheating during a heatwave, and the fact that we were given a fan full of disgusting dust, the awful smell in the room, the bedbugs, and the fleas, this hotel is horrible. Don't go there. Furthermore, the reception was appalling. The person in charge had absolutely no respect for the guests, raising their voice at a customer who hadn't done anything wrong. We were charged for parking even though there was a sign at the entrance saying it was free. We were charged for breakfast even though the coffee machine was out of order, so they were practically nonexistent. The rest of the breakfast was minimal. The flooring in the common areas is so rotten you feel like you're sinking into it when you walk on it. Adjusting the water in the shower is a nightmare. There was a strong smell of cannabis at the entrance. The only thing this hotel deserves is to be shut down and then demolished. The only positive point was the proximity to the tram. The room was small but manageable for one person. It wasn't dirty. I paid extra for breakfast and there was almost nothing there except jam and chocolate, and there was no one to talk to. The staff acted as if they weren't even working there. I chose it because the price was reasonable.

Absolutely terrible. The door handle came off in your hand, the faucet was damaged, there were cockroaches in the hotel, and the toilets and showers were very unhygienic. Definitely not recommended.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Dirty rooms, deeply unhelpful staff, zero costumer service. More concerning: they have refused repeatedly (and by repeatedly I mean: 8 emails, 10 phone calls) to issue an invoice, claiming only Booking.com can issue the invoice (Booking has been contacted and can only issue receipts, not invoices - this must come from the hotel).
