A modern hotel with nice rooms. Access to the spa, which included a small pool, sauna, and steam room, was subject to a fee. In our opinion, this wasn't clearly indicated on the website or during the booking process, even though the hotel claimed otherwise in response to our email complaint. A hotel that so prominently features photos of the pool must also clearly state its limitations. At least they refunded the fee after we pointed out this issue again at check-out. The beds were only mediocre because the mattress was higher in the middle and sloped down towards the edges. This isn't suitable for people with back problems. Breakfast was very good (the highlight was the freshly squeezed orange juice), but the area around the buffet was extremely cramped, leading to overcrowding at the peak breakfast time of 9:00 AM. The building's layout is simply poor in this respect. All in all, we will book elsewhere in the future.

The staff was very friendly, but at the beginning, they said breakfast was free for children, and I said my daughter is 14 years old, not a child. They said no problem. The next day at breakfast, I was allowed to eat, but my daughter wasn't, and I had to pay 20 euros even though my daughter hadn't eaten because she never has an appetite in the morning. It was very embarrassing. The staff member came to us and said my daughter couldn't have breakfast. What a shame.

Very pleasant, modern room. Excellent breakfast.

Good city hotel. Many places are within walking distance. Breakfast is okay. The pool fee of €9 for one hour and nine laps per lane is quite steep.
